Everything you need to get signatures, from anyone, anywhere
Built around the way signing actually happens: sent out, set up once, taken at the front desk, or handed across a table. Built to scale from one person to a whole organization.
Request a demoEnvelopes
Send it out and know exactly where it stands
An envelope is one job: the files, the people who need to sign, and the order they sign in. Upload a PDF or a Word file, mark the fields, and send.
Signers confirm a code sent to their email or phone before anything opens, then work through a checklist so nothing gets missed on page four. When the last person finishes, the envelope is sealed and dated and stays in Canada.

Templates
Set up the form once, not every time
Most organizations send the same handful of forms over and over. A template holds the files and the field layout against roles like “Patient” or “Client”, so there's nobody's name in it yet.
Start from one and you fill in a name and an email instead of rebuilding the layout. Everyone in your organization sends from the same version, so the form that goes out is the one that was approved.
Walk-in kiosk
For the people already standing at your front desk
Emailing a link to someone who walked in makes no sense. Pair a tablet to a kiosk, leave it in the waiting room, and it shows a welcome screen until somebody taps it.
They enter their name, agree to sign, and complete the form on the spot. The tablet clears itself and goes back to the welcome screen for the next person, and the signed envelope lands in the same list as everything else.
Please sign your intake form before your appointment.
Tap to startIn-person
When you're sitting across the table from them
Sometimes a staff member is right there and it's faster to hand over a device than to send anything. Start the session yourself, pass it across for the signature, and take it back.
It's the same signing screen your remote clients get, so the envelope, the consent and the record don't change because you happened to be in the room.
Connects to what you already run
Signing doesn't have to be a separate place your staff go
NimbleSign has a full REST API, and a page in the admin where you issue keys for it. Your own system can create the job, attach the files, name the signers and send it, then collect the signed documents and the certificate when it's finished. Nobody has to open NimbleSign for any of it.
Webhooks tell your system what happened as it happens, so nothing waits on someone remembering to check. Every message is signed, and retried until it lands.
Modern user friendly signing ceremony
However it reaches them, this is what your client works through. No account, no app, no password.
How this compares to DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign
Most people arrive here already using one of them, so here is the contrast drawn plainly. The differences that matter are not features, they are who answers for your documents and who the product was shaped around.
