Before you ask us on a call
The mechanics, which are all in the Terms of Use but nobody should have to read a contract to find out what an envelope is.
What counts as an envelope?
One sending transaction, however many documents and however many people are in it. A six-page package going to four signers is one envelope, not four and not six.
Do the people signing cost anything?
No. Signers never pay, never subscribe and never create an account, and receiving something to sign is free whether or not you are a customer. You are charged for what you send.
Monthly or annual?
Either, billed in advance in Canadian dollars, with HST, GST or PST added at checkout depending on where you are. Annual costs less per month; the cards above show both.
Does it renew by itself?
Yes, automatically at the end of each billing period at the price your plan is then listed at. We tell you before any price increase, and you can cancel any time from your account settings.
What happens when I cancel?
It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing stops mid-month. Afterwards you have 30 days to export your completed envelopes and their certificates, and anything already downloaded keeps verifying on its own.
What if we go over the allowance?
Sending is either paused or charged at the overage rate shown when you bought the plan, whichever your plan says. Nothing already sent is affected, and nothing is deleted.
What does the free trial cost?
Nothing during the trial, though a payment method is required to start one and the subscription continues at the normal price unless you cancel before it ends. One trial per customer.
